Slo Money Xzotic Brands Inc operates as a private-label, category-exclusive supplier to enterprise clients. Review precedes engagement.
ENGAGEMENT MODEL
We do not operate a retail storefront. We do not sell to the public.
1.1 Category Exclusivity
Slo Money Xzotic Brands Inc accepts one client per industry, per metropolitan area, per calendar year. If we supply gifts to a law firm in Midtown Manhattan, we will not supply a competing law firm within the same zip code for 12 months. Exclusivity is granted upon execution of a Master Services Agreement and is non-transferable.
1.2 Minimum Engagements
New client programs commence at $25,000 annual commitment. Single-order executions commence at $5,000. We do not provide samples without executed MSA and 50% deposit. Design, sourcing, and fulfillment are included. Our margin is the scarcity.
1.3 Non-Circumvention
All designs, vendors, and sourcing channels are proprietary to Slo Money Xzotic Brands Inc. Client agrees not to contact, solicit, or engage our suppliers directly for a period of 36 months post-engagement. Violation incurs liquidated damages equal to 3x project value.
OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
2.1 Fulfillment Window
Standard lead time: 21 business days from approved proof. Rush execution: 10 business days, subject to 40% surcharge. Midtown Manhattan clients receive same-day boardroom delivery by appointment.
2.2 Confidentiality
All client engagements are covered under mutual NDA by default. We do not disclose client names, gift contents, or budgets. We do not permit photography of unboxed goods. We do not participate in case studies without written consent.
2.3 Brand Protection
Slo Money Xzotic Brands Inc reserves right to refuse projects that conflict with existing client categories, ethical standards, or brand positioning. We do not produce branded merchandise for resale, political campaigns, or regulated substances.
FINANCIAL TERMS
3.1 Payment Structure
50% deposit upon MSA execution to begin sourcing. 50% balance due prior to shipment. Net-15 available for Am Law 100, Fortune 500, and pre-approved institutions only. Wire and ACH preferred. Credit cards incur 3.5% processing fee.
3.2 Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable once sourcing commences. Client may reschedule delivery within 90 days of deposit. Abandoned projects after 90 days forfeit deposit and design rights revert to Slo Money Xzotic Brands Inc.
: QUALIFICATION
To maintain standards, we require the following before proposal:
1. Legal business entity with verifiable address
2. Annual gifting budget disclosure
3. Industry disclosure for exclusivity review
4. Authorized signatory for MSA
If you cannot provide the above, we are not the right supplier.
